New job!

I just finished my first week at my new job! It's been going very well. Job was as advertised, which is something I've learned not to take for granted. St Paul campus is a very pretty and small college campus. Not as huge or as crazy busy as the Minneapolis campus.

In other news, baby cooking is coming along swimmingly. I love the midwife service at HCMC. New job is also being super considerate of my impending maternity leave. And in news of the small world that is Minneapolis, the manager of the College of Design's IT dept is married to a lady who works in Graham's office. Crazy!

I have a baby shower with Beth coming up in October, and a couple of baby shower related lunches with former coworkers at General Mills & Hennepin County Libraries. Very exciting! And a photoshoot with Graham by the awesome Melissa Davidson! 

The baby's nursery nook is coming along! Mom & Dad bought us the crib and mattress. It looks super cute with the mobile Graham found. Now to just keep the evil cat out of it...
